Laguna Beach Independent photo contributor Mitch Ridder was recently selected as one of the winners of the City’s annual photo contest with his photo, “3rd Street Mural.”
Ridder and other contest winners will be recognized at the next city council meeting on Jan. 9 at 5 p.m.
