Editor,

I have lived in Laguna over 20 years. I am just recovering from a toxic shock from gluten in my system.

I am of Italian descent and I love to cook I have wanted to cook for the homeless and now is the right time. I will be cooking gluten free at the Friendship Shelter.

Gluten free is becoming popular.  The reason being so many chemicals put on the wheat bread to rush up the process, now years later everyone is sick. I had and still am healing from burning itching skin for 15 years on and off, but it really hit me hard so now I am gluten free and happy to spread the word and starting with the homeless that need all the amazing care we can give them.
