The actual “peace” symbol is in the middle of the 12 pieces of brick that look like a “brick pie” and has a white background. As far as the wall, is it located on Peppertree Lane?
I’ll show this to my Dad, he did all the brickwork at Peppertree lane, Forest Ave sidewalks, and the Lumberyard back in the 60’s – 70’s…I’m guessing the Lumberyard. His name is Tony VanDyck and ran Dyck’s Masonry for 35 years from his office in the canyon…he just turned 86 and lives in Canada, retired with very bad knees due to a lifetime of laying brick.
Thanks for posting this picture, even though I’m not sure it’s his work…he most likely inspired it!
