Your Oct. 1 article on the rookies (“Rookies Added to the Laguna’s Force,” Oct. 1) was good, but the photos were bad.
If we lived in Iraq, I would want to know they were ready to attack, but being in Laguna, it would have been better to show them talking to residents, or talking to a homeless person.
A botched photo op….now I will think the LBPD is a bunch of rambos. Perhaps you should have portrayed the rookies in a different light.
