Another peculiar happening in Laguna Beach. In the Sept. 19 issue of the LB Indy, there was a letter from Paul Merritt, ” I’m Paul Merritt, your new candidate for the Laguna Beach City Council 2014. I’ve been a resident of Laguna Beach since the early ’60s.”
Oh yeah? Look at the Sample Ballot where Mr. Merritt lists, “Laguna Niguel City Council Member” among his qualifications.. Note that Laguna Niguel was incorporated in 1989. Was he a resident of Laguna Beach while on the Laguna Niguel City Council?
