The public is invited to enjoy the Thurston Middle School and Laguna Beach High School spring concerts on Wednesday and Thursday, June 8 and 9, which will be held in the LBHS Artists’ Theatre.
The concerts, under the direction of teachers Jeremy Chung, Roger Shew and Roxanna Ward, will feature multiple instrumental ensembles and vocalists.
The Thurston Middle School sixth grade band, seventh and eighth-grade concert band, jazz band, and string ensemble will perform Wednesday, June 8 at 6 p.m.
The Laguna Beach High School program will feature the string ensemble, wind ensemble and jazz band at 8 p.m. on Wednesday, June 8.
The Thurston Middle School and LBHS Vocal Concert will feature selections from “Porgy and Bess,” “Candide,” “West Side Story” and other musicals, June 9 at 7:30 p.m.
