Construction of underground utility improvements has begun in the Coast Royal neighborhood along Monterey Street, Brooks Street, Pedro Street, Holly Street, Ceanothus Drive, Alta Loma Drive and Ocean View Street. Portions of streets will be closed and may have restricted access weekdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Detours will be provided and traffic impacts should be anticipated. Construction is scheduled to be complete by Feb. 2017.
