Stepping Up for Mauli Ola Benefit
Taylor Hawkins, the Grammy-winning drummer from the Foo Fighters, along with his cover band Chevy Metal, will make an appearance Tuesday, July 2, from 7 p.m. to 1 a.m. at a Mauli Ola Foundation benefit concert at Seven Degrees, 891 Laguna Canyon Rd.
Taking the stage prior to the event’s headliner will be Nick Hernandez from Common Sense performing with A.D.D. and recording artist singer-songwriter Robert Francis.
Those who purchase VIP tickets will enjoy a “show within a show,” on the second-floor hillside terrace by local acts, including Andrew Corradini and Steven Chew, and topped off by Paul Mars Black, Ukulele Bartt Warburton and friends.
Accompanying the lineup of performers will be a showcase of local fine art in a silent auction. Proceeds benefit the Laguna Beach-based Mauli Ola Foundation, a cystic fibrosis advocate.
