The Laguna Beach chapter of Mothers of Preschoolers and Older, a place where moms can turn for answers or support from others, meets 9:30-11:30 a.m. Thursdays at Laguna Beach Presbyterian Church, 415 Forest Ave. The first meeting is scheduled for Sept. 20 and visitors are welcome to attend the meeting to learn more about the group.
While sharing breakfast together, moms also trade their own tested hints and strategies for dealing with the various challenges of motherhood such as child nutrition and picky eaters as well as lighter topics such as fun places to go with kids and parenting through play.
Childcare is available for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. Babies are welcome at the meetings.
