Sapphire Dinner Features Paso Robles Wine
Boutique winery owners Howie and Bev Steinbeck will be on hand to greet guests at a spring wine dinner at 6 p.m. Wednesday, May 25, at Sapphire Laguna, 1200 S. Coast Highway.
A five-course tasting menu created by Chef Azmin Ghahreman will feature the season’s freshest bounty complimented by pours of Steinbeck wines. The Paso Robles winery has been family run for seven generations.
