Hare Krishna Cultural Center, 285 Legion St., this Saturday, Nov. 12, 9:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m., hosts its monthly Sankirtan Festival.
All events are free, and vegetarian prasadam feast is served at every event.
Promoting Jewish Cultural Literacy
Rabbi Eli Goorevitch of Chabad Jewish Center will conduct a six-week course entitled Fascinating Facts: Exploring the Myths and Mysteries of Judaism beginning Wednesday, Nov. 9. at 7 p.m.
The 90-minute session will be held successive Wednesdays at Chabad, 30804 S. Coast Highway.
