La Playa Center’s free English-as-a-second-language classes began this week at the Boys and Girls Club of Laguna Beach.
They are offered with childcare and a weekly food distribution on Monday through Thursday from 9-11 a.m. There are three levels of classes taught by 12 volunteers from Laguna Beach and the surrounding area.
