Animals Receive Their Blessing

Pastor B. J. Beu performs the annual blessing of the animals in recognition of their role in the Christmas story at 2 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 14, in the courtyard of the Neighborhood Congregational Church.

The church, 340 St. Ann’s Dr., hosts an Alternative Christmas Market earlier on Saturday.

The following morning, during the 10 a.m. worship service Sunday, Dec. 15, musician Pam Wicks will accompany her sister Judy Wicks Hunter, an organist from Toronto, for Christmas duets.
