Calvary Chapel foiled a last second shot attempt by Laguna to upset the Breakers 49-48 last Friday, Jan. 23 at the Eagle Gym. The victory snapped a 26-game league win streak for Laguna dating back to 2012. The Breakers were playing without No. 3 scorer, Darin Richardson who was out sick. Laguna has never lost back-to-back Orange Coast League games and hosted league favorite Godinez this past Wednesday.
