Laguna completed their regular season last week with a pair of road games. Laguna defeated Capistrano Valley 17-12 on Thursday, Nov. 6 at the Cougar pool then held off Santa Margarita 8-6 on Saturday at the Eagle pool. As expected Laguna is seeded No. 1 in the playoffs and should reach crunch time for the semifinals next week, Nov. 19, at the Woollett Center adjacent to Irvine High School. Match time is 3:30 p.m. with the finals slated for the same pool on Saturday, Nov. 22, time not yet announced.
