The Laguna Beach City Council recently recognized the winners of the City’s Photo Contest at its City Council meeting on Jan. 10. In October 2022, the City re-launched the City’s Photo Contest to those who live, work, or exhibit in Laguna Beach with the goal to share participant’s favorite moments in Laguna Beach. There were 120 photo submissions from 46 participants and the contest judge was local photographer Tom Lamb.
