Laguna Beach High School senior Rickie Scott has been awarded the annual Daughters of the American Revolution Good Citizen Award, and will be honored by DAR in the Patriot’s Day Parade on Saturday, March 2. Rickie was presented the award during school in the disciplinary office, initially thinking she was in trouble.
