Emerald Bay resident Harold Noriega won a gold medal for the second-year in a row at the USA Open Indoor Volleyball Championships held last month in Louisville, Ky.
Team USA-RBC Life will go on to represent the U.S. in the World Master’s Games in Torino, Italy, starting Aug. 7.
