Laguna Beach’s only club soccer team, the girls under 12 Blue Lagunans went undefeated this fall to win Coast Soccer League’s bronze omega division.
With a record of 10-0-2, 32 goals for and only 4 against, the Blue Lagunas battled their way to first place in their inaugural year.
Coach Kent Pachl said assists from trainers from the L.A. Galaxy pro team and the U.S. women’s national team made a big impact on performance.
“What these girls are able to accomplish year after year has been nothing short of magical for me,” said coach Ole Nielsen
The PSC Blue Lagunas now set their sites on the State Cup this winter, and then moving up to the silver division in the spring.
