For the second year, the Friendship Shelter and Laguna Beach Community Clinic received awards from the St. Joseph Health System Foundation in collaboration with Mission Hospital.
This year, the foundation distributed $920,607 in wellness and prevention grants to 16 Orange County organizations, including $50,000 and $75,000 respectively to the two Laguna Beach receipients.
The awarded grants support proactive programs and community collaborations that focus on improving the quality of life in the communities surrounding St. Joseph hospitals, including Mission Hospital Laguna Beach.
