Worker Accused in Second Sex Offense
A second victim reported to police that a masseuse allegedly exposed himself during a session at a Laguna Beach spa.
The victim came forward after reading about the arrest of 33-year-old Mark Peregil Valenzon, of Lake Forest, for suspicion of attempted rape of a client. He was released after posting $100,000 bail, according to police.
The most recent incident occurred in February. Investigators will be submitting a new report about the exposure charge along with the more serious allegation, Sgt. Louise Callus said.
