Traffic stop. 1:02 a.m. Broadway Street. Vanessa Caraolina, 31, of Desert Hot Springs, was arrested for DUI and held for $10,000 bail.
Saturday, Oct. 6
Traffic stop. 1:17 a.m. 100 block of South Coast Highway. A 55-year-old Corona woman was arrested for DUI and held for $2,500 bail.
Traffic stop. 2:29 a.m. 600 block of Sleepy Hollow Lane. A 33-year-old Laguna Beach woman was arrested for DUI and held for $2,500 bail.
Traffic stop. 12:52 p.m. Coast Highway and 9th Avenue. A 72-year-old Aliso Viejo man was arrested for DUI and held for $2,500 bail. Additional charges included possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Friday, Oct. 5
Traffic stop. 1:46 a.m. 100 block of North Coast Highway. Christopher Michael Kobielus, 34, of Newport Beach, was arrested for an outstanding warrant and held for $50,000 bail.
Indecent exposure. 1:49 p.m. 300 block of Glenneyre Street. Brian Keith Michael, 56, Laguna Beach homeless, was arrested for arson. Michael also reportedly “mooned” someone before pulling apart plants in a garden area.
Warrant arrest. 8:49 p.m. 300 block of Broadway Street. Luis Enrique Yerba, 56, Laguna Beach homeless, was arrested for two Orange County warrants—one for battery ($10,000 bail) and one for obstructing a public establishment and resisting arrest ($10,000 bail).
Traffic stop. 11:32 p.m. Legion Street and Glenneyre Street. A 60-year-old Van Nuys man was arrested for DUI and held for $2,500 bail.
Thursday, Oct. 4
Suspicious person. 9:18 p.m. 600 block of South Coast Highway. A 31-year-old Yorba Linda man was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and held for $500 bail. The man had reportedly been offering people drugs and trying to sell methamphetamine.
