Susan Bollingmo was born Aug. 2,1940, and died July 15, 2014, from complications of Parkinson’s Disease.
Formerly married to Daniel Weston, she was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. Known for her gracious ways of loving and caring for others, she will be remembered for her many acts of kindness.
A successful single mother prior to her second marriage, a speech therapist, and a Laguna Art Museum docent, Bollingmo was an accomplished cook, enjoyed entertaining, and was a lover of art. Once married to Jim, she was a devoted wife very much in love with her husband. She was an attuned and accepting mother, a valued sister, a wonderful friend and an involved member of the
community.
She is survived by her husband Jim Bollingmo, her daughter Laurie Dempsy
(Joe), her son Randy Weston (Christina), and her grandchildren Brittany,
Lindsay, and Jacob Weston and Dylan Dempsy as well as many adoring extended family members and friends.
A service was held at Mount Sinai Memorial Park in Hollywood Hills on Friday, July 18.
