Two Laguna Beach High School students, Sarah Busic and Karina Parker, have been selected to perform at Carnegie Hall for the 2011 American High School Honors Performance Series this February.
Following fall auditions, Busic and Parker were accepted for the Honors Performance Series after a review by a selection committee. To select finalists for this honor, the expert board of music professionals reviewed every completed application they received.
Both students are active members of Laguna Beach High School’s performing arts program and look forward to the opportunity to work with finalists from across the nation and Canada and learn from master conductors while in New York.
