Playhouse Receives Donation for Auction

The Laguna Playhouse will set for auction a donated still life oil painting by Virginia Woolley, by one of the founders of Laguna Beach’s Festival of Arts, who was resided and painted in town from 1923 to 1971.

The 20” x 16” piece, entitled “Fruit Still Life” is to be auctioned off, with bids starting at $2,000. The donation was made by local residents Matt and Mary Lawson.
