Disorderly person. 300 block of Broadway St. 11:23 a.m. Following an argument between a couple, the woman was pushed into a planter and police arrested her boyfriend, Michael Thomas Gugliotta, 51, for suspicion of felony domestic abuse.
Fraud. 300 block of Forest Ave. 1:59 p.m. Detectives are investigating the apparent theft of $50,000 from a business bank account.
Traffic collision. Laguna Canyo Rd. 2:44 p.m. A 68-year-old Laguna Beach cyclist making a right turn sustained scrapes and concussion after a collision with a car.

Traffic stop. 1400 block of Glenneyre st. 2:24 a.m. A 23-year-old Carlsbad man was cited for DUI.
Petty theft. 700 block of S. Coast Hwy. 3:47 p.m. A woman believes a pickpocket took a wallet with $300 in cash from her purse.
Traffic stop. Emerald Bay. 9:57 p.m. An officer who stopped a car over tinted windows ended up arresting all four of its occupants for an array of drug charges after a search of the vehicle turned up methamphetamine and paraphernalia. They are Jacob Paul Neufeld, 32, of Rialto; Brandon Michael Hill, 28, and Sarah Frazier, 34, both of Riverside; and Crystal Michelle Mitchell, 25, whose hometown was not available.
Vehicle burglary. 100 block of Cypress Dr. 10:29 p.m. A car owner and a shed owner both reported items were taken.
Thursday, Dec. 10
Trespassing. 400 block of Forest Ave. 7 a.m. Reese Westenberger, 50, of Laguna Beach, was arrested for suspicion of shoplifting and theft.
Friday, Dec. 11
Disturbance. 1000 block of Coast Hwy. 11:13 a.m. A man attempted to grab office keys from a woman, who struggled to retain her property.
Fraud report. 700 block of Wilson St. Someone used a resident’s identity to open an account.
Saturday, Dec. 12
Speed race. S. Coast hwy. 12.04 a.m. A 23-year-old Santa Ana man was cited for DUI.
Traffic stop. 100 block of Coast hwy. Kyle Steven Gonzales, 27, of Aliso Viejo, was cited for suspicion of DUI. Bail was set at $10,000 due to a prior offense.
Traffic stop. 200 block of Beach St. 1:49 a.m. A 32-year-old Texas man was cited for DUI.
Traffic stop. 100 block of Brooks St. 2:25 a.m. A 45-year-old Garden Grove woman was cited for. DUI.
Drunk driving. Beverly St. 9:08 a.m. Following reports of erratic driving, a 25-year-old Newport Beach woman was cited for DUI.
Drunk driving. Coast Hwy. 10:41 a.m. Police arrested a 57-year-old Dana Point woman in the wake of reports about a driver unable to stay in lanes.
Sewage spill. 30800 block of Coast Hwy. 1:55 p.m. Perhaps 175 gallons of raw sewage flowing from a restaurant spilled across a parking lot. None reached the ocean, the log says.
Stolen vehicle. Ledroit St. 3:54 p.m. The driver of a rental car reported stolen in September was stopped at gunpoint. No one was arrested.
Traffic collision. 1300 block of N. Coast Hwy. 6:45 p.m. A 29-year-old out-of-state visitor suffered a leg injury after colliding with a car. Alcohol was not a factor, police say.
Petty theft. 100 block of San Tropez Cout. 10:51 p.m. Thieves made off with a package left on a porch.
Sunday, Dec. 13
Traffic stop. 2300 block of Laguna Canyon Rd. 1 a.m. A 52-year-old Mission Viejo man was cited for DUI.
Fraud report. 500 block of San Nicholas Ct. 9 a.m. A resident reported a case of identity theft.
Rape. 31800 block of Coast Hwy. 12:28 p.m. Detectives are investigating a report of a sexual assault by a women in the hospital ER.
Threats. 200 block of Ocean Ave. 8:15 p.m. Samuel Luna Flores, 28, of Aliso Viejo, was cited for suspicion of DUI and held for $10,000 bail due to a prior offense.
Monday, Dec. 14
Traffic stop. Cliff Dr. 2 a.m. A 34-year-old Trabuco Canyon resident was cited for DUI.
Trespassing. 400 block of Forest Ave. 6:41 a.m. A 50-year-old man, who was in a sleeping bag by a church door, was arrested for two outstanding warrants.
