Alternative Suggestion Emerges for Homeless Housing

Lorene Auger said on June 27, “since the village entrance has not yet been designed, this permanent supportive housing project could easily be incorporated into the village entrance model.”

Our city could consider the city’s newly purchased Christmas tree lot as a site for the homeless shelter. This site is close to the center of town, yet has a more secluded feeling as compared to next to city hall.
