Artistic Talent is in the Family Genes

Charles Pabst, Cara Pabst Moran, and Michael Pabst present their latest works in a father, daughter and son show during Art Walk, from 6-9 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 4 at the Signature Gallery, 220 Forest Ave.

Gallery director, Jessica Fry, is an “honorary daughter” of the Pabst family having grown up near the Pabst family home in Arizona where she took care of the youngest Pabst children.

The three artists will be present to share cocktails and dessert and to sign books, and meet with collectors.

 

 

 

 

Last Youth Art Classes Held Today

Two art workshops of wire sculpture and pastels for kids 5 to 12 take place Friday, Aug. 29, at 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. respectively at the Festival of Arts, 650 Laguna Canyon Rd. Reservations are required: 949-464-4234 or [email protected] Materials fee $10. Admission $4-$7.

 

Sandstone Gallery Hosts Local Artists

Local artists Ann Kim, Sunny Kim, Mada Leach, Anne Moore, Hyatt Moore, Jong Ro, and Lawrence Terry will show their work at Sandstone Gallery, 384-A N. Coast Highway during Art Walk from 6-9 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 4.

Also featured, Community, a series of mixed media paintings on paper by Lynn Welker in the Front Gallery and Violin Variations, painting and sculpture by Howard Hitchcock in the Skylight Gallery.
