Become a part of community history by participating in this year’s boys basketball league at the Boys and Girls Club. Since the original club opened its doors on Main Beach in 1952, basketball and other sports leagues have played a pivotal part in providing local youth a safe place to get together and have fun under the guidance and supervision of caring professionals.
Register in person at the main branch at 1085 Laguna Canyon Road. Player evaluations will take place from Oct. 3-14, practice starts Oct. 31, and the season begins Dec. 6. Participants must be members, which costs $150 a year. League fee is $100 per player and includes uniform. A $25 late fee will apply after Sept. 30.
If you are interested in coaching, please complete the application while registering your child. League sponsorship opportunities are also available for $500 and include a personalized banner hung in the gym.
