Laguna wrapped up their 42nd league title in 81 seasons with an 18-0 sweep of Estancia on Tuesday, April 21, at the home courts. The following day, Laguna defeated Laguna Hills 12-6 in a non-league match with Charles Keller and Stuart Webb picking up two wins each in singles while the teams of Ryan Gee/Hayden Seitz along with Tristan Krogius/Ethan Gee swept their doubles matches.

This past Monday, April 27, the Laguna varsity traveled to Chino Hills and defeated the Division 4, ninth-ranked Huskies 13-5 with the Breakers taking all nine doubles games. League match play concluded on Thursday, April 30, against Godinez (3-6, 1-3) and the regular season will conclude with a pair of non-league home matches against Palm Springs and Sage Hill, May 1 and 4, respectively. The Orange Coast League individual playoffs will be at the Costa Mesa Tennis Center on May 6 & 7. CIF team playoffs start the following week.

Breakers have played in Division 4 since 2007 and have reached the finals twice, losing to Cerritos in 2009 and Viewpoint in 2011. This year will be the 43rd trip to the playoffs with the Breakers holding a 80-39 all-time won/loss record with three titles
