Cost of Entry is a Barrier to Inclusiveness

Curious why Mayor Iseman’s “State of the City” presentation on Monday could not have been done in City Council chambers or some other venue that didn’t cost $65 to $150 a seat. Kind of pricey for something of a civic nature.
