Dr. Scot C.R. Rafkin, who provides NASA environmental predictions for Mars missions, believes the November election could impact the well-being of the world.
Rafkin will describe his thesis Saturday, Aug. 18, at 7 p.m. at the Laguna Beach Democratic Club’s campaign headquarters, 1401 S. Coast Highway.
His premise is that the two major political parties have different platforms and policies on many issues, including the environment, energy, economics and education, affecting all Earth’s inhabitants, not just Americans.
