Unwanted electronics or documents needing to be shredded can be dropped Saturday, Jan. 14, at a collection site in the school district’s parking lot, 550 Blumont St., from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Surterre Properties agents and volunteers will collect the castoffs; guests won’t even need to get out of their car.
The discards will be delivered to a recycling center and proceeds benefit Earth Resource Foundation, a non-profit organization that promotes environmentally sustainable choices. ProShred will be on-hand to take care of paper shredding and will recycle shredded materials.
