City Manager Shohreh Dupuis will keynote a virtual community forum with Laguna Forward PAC from 5 to 6 p.m. on March 16.
Dupuis assumed the role of city manager in June 2021. She joined Laguna Beach as an assistant city manager in 2016 and lives in South Laguna.
