We want to lend our voices to the cry: Let Lower Park Avenue Go back to being a street!
The loss of the much needed eight parking spaces (especially if you want to encourage residents to
shop local) and, an essential alternative access to inland Laguna for many of us (given the clogged
conditions of Coast Highway, Broadway, Forest and the back up to turn left at Legion) — is both
puzzling, as well as sorely missed.
