I read the Laguna Beach City Newsletter on Oct. 12, 2023. It depicted a picture of the Laguna Beach Police Dog Cooper wearing a harness. The American flag is displayed on the harness, yet below is depicted a flag, which is not valid, inappropriate and should be removed.
