Strasser Shares All in Mommy Memoir

Teresa Strasser, Emmy-winning television writer, television and radio host, and now author of “Exploiting My Baby: A Memoir of Pregnancy & Childbirth” will attend a special book-signing event at Laguna Beach Books from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 13.

Strasser’s collection of essays is a comic, poignant and no-holds-barred revelation of her anxiety-strewn road to motherhood, from her significant “mommy” issues with her own mother and “stepmonster,” to the physical toll that comes from carrying around a growing human being for nine months, to her nagging doubts about her ability to be a good mother.
