Laguna Beach’s Allison Palmer, who attends Arizona State, was among 13 players named to the 2013 U.S. Women’s Junior National Volleyball Training Team, which will begin training at the U.S. Olympic Training Center in Lake Placid, N.Y., next week.
Palmer will serve as an alternate for the final team.
