Architect Recognized for Organizing Skills
Local architect Bob McGraw was named R Star Foundation’s board member of the year for leading its most successful fundraiser to date.
The Laguna Beach non-profit founded by Rosalind Russell provides goats to women in rural Nepal.
McGraw met Russell when she hired him to rebuild her Park Avenue home, which burned five years ago. McGraw also designs commercial projects and served on the city’s Design Review Board and Heritage Committee.
“Bob’s commitment to his community and his work in his private life, his broad experience, his compassion and intelligence will be of great value as R Star Foundation moves into the future,” said Russell.Firebrand Media LLC wants comments that advance the discussion, and we need your help to accomplish this mission.
