Festival Appoints a New Board Member
The Festival of Arts appointed Laguna Beach resident Tammie Arnold to its board, filling a position left open by Steve Dicterow, who resigned after his election to the Laguna Beach City Council in November.
She will be completing the remaining two years of his term.
She joins board members president Fred Sattler, vice president Tom Lamb, treasurer Anita Mangels, secretary Pat Kollenda, Wayne Baglin, Bob Moffett, David Perry and Ann Webster. Board members are elected for three-year terms by the Festival’s members.
