The Shap Show, the 22nd annual No Suits Allowed student talent show hosted by math teacher-guitarist Gary Shapiro, is set for Saturday, Jan. 16.
Funds raised during the 7:30 p.m. show underwrite graduation night activities for the first class of the new decade. Featured artists are drawn from the student body and, as in years past, are expected to include soloists, informal bands, and student ensembles accompanied by Shapiro on guitar.
Tickets are also on sale for a pre-show fundraiser at Michael Kang’s Five Feet restaurant from 5 to 7 p.m. Tickets are $75 per person and include reserved seating for the show.
Limited reserved seating at $30 per person is available.
General admission tickets go on sale at 4 p.m. the day of the show; student tickets are $10 and adults $15.
