Assembly Candidates Debate the Issues

Candidates for the 74th state Assembly District, which includes Laguna Beach, will discuss the issues at City Hall, Friday, May 25, at 7 p.m., in a League of Women Voters forum

The top vote getters in the June primary will compete in the November general election. Due to redistricting, Laguna Beach lacks an incumbent. In the newly reshaped 74th Assembly district, incumbent Allan Mansoor, a Costa Mesa Republican, faces Leslie  Daigle, a Republican Newport Beach City Council member, and Democrat Robert Rush.
