Wine director Vito Pasquale of Selanne Steack Tavern in Laguna Beach has earned the advanced sommelier certification from the American chapter of the Court of Master Sommeliers.
Kevin Pratt, partner of the restaurant with Teemu Selanne, expressed pride in the accomplisment. Pasquale has managed the restaurant’s 2,750-bottle inventory since 2013.
