The Laguna Beach Parents Club invites any pre-school age youngsters to join its annual Halloween costume parade at 4:30 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 28, at Main Beach.
Children, some dressed as superheroes and supernatural beings, traipse along the boardwalk to their reward, a celebration with balloons, treats and drinks.
