Traffic stop. 1:59 a.m. Emerald Bay and North Coast Highway. A 39-year-old man was arrested for DUI and held for $2,500 bail.
Saturday, Dec. 29
Traffic stop. 1:27 a.m. Cleo Street and South Coast Highway. A 32-year-old Huntington Beach man was arrested for DUI and held for $2,500 bail.
Grand theft. 2:04 p.m. 100 block North Coast Highway. “Original art cups” were reported stolen. Total loss was about $5,000.
Pedestrian stop. 4:51 p.m. 300 block of Broadway Street. Laguna Beach transient Arash Rahimi, 40, was arrested on an outstanding warrant.
Traffic stop. 10:11 p.m. NB 73 off-ramp and El Toro Road. A 24-year-old San Clemente man was arrested for DUI and held for $2,500 bail.
Friday, Dec. 28
Occupied vehicle. 1:35 a.m. Irvine Cove Drive and North Coast Highway. A 61-year-old San Diego woman was arrested for DUI and held for $2,500 bail.
Traffic stop. 2:05 a.m. Montage Resort Drive and Coast Highway. A 21-year-old Rancho Santa Margarita man was arrested for DUI and held for $2,500 bail.
Thursday, Dec. 27
Disturbance. 8:23 a.m. 600 block of South Coast Highway. A 56-year-old Laguna Beach man with a bottle of vodka was reportedly being verbally aggressive with people who were trying to access the beach. He was arrested for being drunk in public and held for $500 bail.
Restraining order violation. 10:18 a.m. 2100 block of Ocean Way. A 52-year-old Laguna Beach man was arrested for violating a court order and held for $15,000 bail.
Pedestrian stop. 12:37 p.m. 100 block of South Coast Highway. A 56-year-old Laguna Beach transient was arrested for an outstanding warrant.
Traffic stop. 11:44 p.m. South Coast Highway and Agate Street. A 52-year-old Aliso Viejo resident was arrested for DUI and held for $2,500 bail.
