Sunset Serenades returns beginning with a free 6:30 p.m. classical music performance by Jackie Menter Trio Friday, May 4, in the Heisler Park Amphitheatre.
Here is the concert line up: May 5, Jack Benny, pop trio; May 18, Phil Gough/Alan Deremo Project; May 25, Maestro Lazaro Galarraga and Friends, Afro Cuban; June 1, Gamelan X with Mayang Sunda, Indonesian; and June 8, L’Esprit D’ Afrique, African.
Choir Performs Sacred Music
The Laguna Beach Chamber Singers perform sacred and spiritual music in a free concert on Sunday, April 29, at Laguna Presbyterian Church, 415 Forest Ave.
A 6 p.m. auction precedes the 7 p.m. performance, whose program will include works by classical European masters and contemporary American greats such as Aaron Copland and Leonard Bernstein.
