Editor,
We need a safe access path to and from the Fire Road that would connect Top of the World to Arch Beach Heights and other Laguna trails. Now, the community must traverse a long, steep, dirt trail that is rutted, slippery and dangerous. Because a private gate blocks access to this fire road, it is critical for safety and emergency reasons this hazardous connection be made passable and safe at all times.
Please sign/comment on this online petition for Safe Access Now, and appear Tuesday, Feb. 9, at City Hall to reiterate what both the City Council and Planning Commission heard loud and clear from the community and unanimously approved over a year ago!
