Has anyone noticed the absence of the park benches at Pepper Tree Park? I’m assuming it’s because the homeless were sitting on them. Not laying on them, because that was taken care of when they installed the rails. These are the same benches they freshly painted and re-arranged not long ago.
The homeless are not the only ones using them. What’s next? Removing all of the benches in town? By doing this they are encouraging the homeless to sit on the sidewalks and curbs. They need a place to rest and socialize like everyone else.
