The Laguna Beach Breakers Little League team defeated the Laguna Hills Brewers 12 to 7 at Alta Laguna Park on Saturday, May 9.

The Breakers dominated the game holding the Brewers to three runs until the last inning.

All 11 players contributed to the win with consistent hits and aggressive defensive.

James Loughlin started the Breakers off by pitching two solid innings and hitting a single to left field and scoring two runs.

Daniel Kimball held the Brewers during the next three innings, striking out six and also hitting two key singles.

Caleb Hardy pitched the final inning and also had three hits.

Nolan Guidry’s RBI single scored the Breaker’s first run followed by another hit and a walk.

Zack Bonnin’s double scored two runs. Blake Perduk and Kyle Juergens each had two hits scoring several runs.   Adam Kerfoot’s speed was crucial in center field catching flys and he also got on base three times. Sam Tyrrell drove in runs and got on base three times. Cade St.Clair scored a run and played solid defense at second base. Catcher Cal Parker played strong defense behind the plate and hit a single in the last inning.

The Breakers played their final league game this past Wednesday, May 13, in Aliso Viejo.
