Unintended outcomes of using rat poison is that it can also kill other creatures. My two doxies, in policing their fenced in yard, apparently found a poisoned rat. They are now in the vets in critical condition.
In our attempt to get rid of troublesome creatures, I am sorry to say it affects all other creatures as well. I have been an advocate for removing all kinds of poisons from our precious community. I only hope to spare others from the heartbreak I am presently experiencing as a result of unintended outcomes.
